Consumer

AGREEMENT between REEL U MEDIA and the customer ("Customer") purchasing items for 'HOME USE' wherein Reel U Media grants Customer and Customer accepts from Reel U Media the limited license to exhibit the purchase in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Customer agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting delivery of purchase. Customer acknowledges that the purchase may not be utilized in any manner other than as specified herein and in no event shall the purchase be exhibited before an audience where admission is charged for the viewing without prior written consent from Reel U Media. CUSTOMER SHALL NOT SUBLICENSE, SUBLEASE, RENT, SELL OR OTHERWISE PART WITH THE POSSESSION OF THE PURCHASE secured by Customer hereunder to any third parties. Nor may any fund raising use of the purchase be made without previous authorization from Reel U Media. Customer acknowledges that the purchase may not be duplicated, digitized or transferred to any other medium or format. Nothing herein shall derogate from any rights of Reel U Media or any other copyright proprietor(s) of the purchase under the United States Copyright Law.

Home Use Sale shall mean the release of the purchase to Customer for Customer's personal use or with friends and family only. NO PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OF THE PURCHASE IS PERMITTED, except that permitted under "face-to-face" exemption (Section 110 (1)) of the US Copyright Law. A public performance is any performance which occurs outside the home, or at any place where people are gathered who are not family members, such as in a school, library, business or group meeting.

Library for lending to members

AGREEMENT between REEL U MEDIA and the LIBRARY ("Customer") purchasing items for "Library Lending" wherein Reel U Media grants Customer and Customer accepts from Reel U Media the limited license to stock the purchase within the library in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Customer agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting delivery of the purchase.

Library Lending shall mean the release of the Purchase to the Customer's authorized cardholders only.

Customer acknowledges that the purchase may not be utilized in any manner other than as specified herein and in no event shall the purchase be exhibited before an audience where admission is charged for the viewing without prior written consent from Reel U Media. Nor may any fund raising use of the purchase be made without previous authorization from Reel U media. Customer acknowledges that the purchase may not be duplicated, digitized or transferred to any other medium of format.

Nothing herein shall derogate from any rights of Reel U Media or any other copyright proprietor(s) of the purchase under the Unites States Copyright Law.

Library for showing media to the public in the library

AGREEMENT between Reel U Media and the Library ("Customer") licensing media for "Public Screening" wherein Reel U Media grants Customer and Customer accepts from Reel U media the limited license to exhibit the media in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Customer agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting delivery of product. Customer acknowledges that the licensed media may not be utilized in any manner other than as specified herein.

This agreement will serve as permission from Reel U Media to use the licensed media for a "one time only" Public Screening event in which the media is viewed.

Public Screening is defined as viewing of the material which occurs outside the home or at any place where people are gathered who are not family member, such as in a school, library, business or group meeting.

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT SUBLICENSE, SUBLEASE, RENT, SELL OR OTHERWISE PART WITH THE POSSESSION OF THE LICENSED MEDIA secured by the Customer hereunder to any third parties. Nor may any fund raising use of the purchase be made without previous authorization from reel U media. Customer acknowledges that the licensed media may NOT be duplicated, digitized or transferred to any other medium or format. Nothing herein shall derogate from any rights of Reel U Media or any other copyright proprietor(s) of the purchase under the United States Copyright Law.

School for showing media in classroom

AGREEMENT between Reel U Media and the Customer ("Customer") licensing media for "Classroom Use" wherein Reel U Media grants Customer and Customer accepts from Reel U media the limited license to exhibit the media in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Customer agrees to these terms and conditions by accepting delivery of the product. Customer acknowledges that the licensed media may not be utilized in any manner other than as specified herein.

This agreement will serve as permission from Reel U Media for the licensed media to be used "in the Classroom ONLY for the life of the media".

Classroom Use is defined as a viewing of the material which occurs in a school, within a classroom, for educational purposes only. no public screening or use of the media outside the classroom is permitted.

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT SUBLICENSE, SUBLEASE, RENT, SELL OR OTHERWISE PART WITH THE POSSESSION OF THE LICENSED MEDIA secured by the Customer hereunder to any third parties. Nor may any fund raising use of the purchase be made without previous authorization from reel U Media. Customer acknowledges that the licensed media may NOT be duplicated, digitized or transferred to any other medium or format. School for showing media to students in a school facility
